Upcoming Testing Services at EMHS

Now Offering Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety Testing (Coming Soon!)

Elmhurst Mental Health Services, PLLC is proud to announce the upcoming launch of comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Anxiety Disorder testing services for children, adolescents, and adults. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, we’re expanding our diagnostic offerings to help clients and families gain the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.

Why Seek Testing?

Whether you or a loved one are seeking answers for learning challenges, behavioral concerns, attention difficulties, emotional struggles, or social development, a thorough psychological evaluation can offer valuable insights and guidance.

  • Autism Testing: For individuals who may be showing signs of social difficulties, restricted interests, sensory sensitivities, or developmental delays, autism evaluations help determine whether they meet criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • ADHD Testing: For individuals struggling with inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, or executive functioning challenges, ADHD assessments can lead to diagnosis and tailored treatment recommendations.

  • Anxiety Testing: For those experiencing excessive worry, panic attacks, school refusal, sleep issues, or other symptoms of anxiety, a structured assessment can help identify the presence of generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, separation anxiety, or related conditions.

A formal diagnosis is often essential for obtaining support services at school, such as Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 Plans, which can significantly enhance a student’s ability to succeed academically and socially. In addition, a diagnosis can be necessary for accessing medication and evidence-based treatments. It provides a clear path forward, allowing families and individuals to pursue targeted interventions, therapeutic support, and structured strategies to help manage and mitigate the effects of Autism, ADHD, or Anxiety.
